​Bringing over 20 years of human resources leadership and training experience to my role as Vice President of Human Resources at Trilogy Spa Holdings, I hold a BS in Business – Human Resource Management, an MS in Learning Experience Design and Educational Technology, and a certificate in Massage Therapy.

I have a lifelong affinity for human connections and wellbeing. As a nationally certified sign language interpreter, I learned that impeccable communication shapes every guest’s experience. I carry this customer-centric mindset through my experience managing and training real estate and lending teams before discovering my calling in spa hospitality.

When Trilogy Spa Holdings approached me to be their VP of Human Resources, I instantly connected with the “Flawless Service: Every Guest, Every Day” ethos. In this role, I am enthusiastic to implement inclusion policies and training focused on diversity awareness and gender/sexuality representation. As Trilogy embarks on new ventures, I will utilize my specialized expertise to promote an equitable, welcoming environment for all guests and staff.
